I've been ordering K&S for many years for my business, how do I sign-up?

Email us at businessdirect@ksmetals.com and let us know your current business name and location. We will follow up in a reasonable amount of time with next steps.

Can I bill through my corporate account?

K&S no longer bills corporate accounts on behalf of stores. We accept all major credit card types through Shopify’s secured payment gateway. In some cases. there may be options for ACH or other forms of alternate payments within Shopify's payment ecosystem. If these alternate forms are available, they will be clearly visible from your checkout process. The expectation is that credit card will be the only option available for purchases.

Can I order through a distributor?

Yes! We love working with our distributors. Although lead times and pricing will vary per distributor, this is still an option if that is your preference. Message us at businessdirect@ksmetals.com for a list of distributors that we work with.

Do you offer display rack support within your Business Direct website ordering portal?

Yes, we make it incredibly easy to re-order K&S Display Rack items, as well as rack refreshing. Additionally, you can re-print rack labels, stickers, and other customizations for your store's display rack.

I don't need wholesale or reseller pricing, where can I get items just for my own personal use?
